It is not often that Crotalus’s anger becomes something beyond smirking and smiling. And volatile as he is, he is exceptionally good at containing and composing his emotions exactly how he wants, even when particularly angry.
Very well aware of each and every crazy thing he does, hinges are for doors, and Crotalus is very much not a door.
And for Ursur, such situations are highly entertaining, and highly terrifying.
